We are currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from experts in a friendly and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is results-driven, has superior analytical and problem solving skills, and has a strong attention to detail.


  • Work with the various stakeholders, including Business Unit Leaders, Directors, and Developers to gather, understand, and define business requirements and KPIS for report generation
  • Use tools like SQL, Excel, and our internal reporting tools to monitor and analyze performance and communicate findings
  • Develop and maintain necessary dashboards to determine optimal business decisions
  • Transform large, complex datasets into pragmatic, actionable insights
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly reports for multiple projects to communicate progress on key metrics across projects
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure data integrity
  • Supervise and coach team of analysts to ensure an effective reporting process


  • 3-5+ years experience in a similar role, or in an analytical role
  • Extensive experience with SQL and Excel
  • Solid understanding of statistics and data visualization methods
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have the capacity to thrive in our fast-paced environment, adapt quickly and take ownership of your work
  • Proven ability to mine data to identify business growth opportunities
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience leading a team is a strong asset
